PER-SE ACQUIRES NDCHEALTH IN BILLION DOLLAR TRANSACTION...Per-Se Technologies, Inc. will acquire NDCHealth Corporation, a leading provider of healthcare technology and information solutions, in a transaction valued at approximately $1 billion, including the assumption of debt.
HEWITT STUDY FINDS BASE PAY FLAT FOR 2006...The good news about pay increases in 2006 is that base salary increases are not projected to be any worse than this year.
