EDS and Guthy-Renker, one of the world's largest direct response
marketers, announced the extension and expansion of the companies'
long-term relationship for business process outsourcing (BPO) services
through 2010. The new agreement is one of EDS' largest BPO agreements to date, and continues EDS' current customer relationship management (CRM) services for Guthy-Renker's U.S. operations and add similar services for its Australia and New Zealand markets. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Perot Systems Corporation will provide revenue cycle outsourcing solutions to Manassas, Virginia-based Prince William Health System. Under terms of the seven-year agreement, Perot Systems will assume day-to-day operational and administrative responsibility for the business office functions and staff of the 170-bed healthcare delivery system.
Fiserv, Inc. said its IPS-Sendero unit - a provider of technology solutions and education for enterprise risk, customer relationship and corporate performance management - announced today that HSBC has completed the purchase and successful implementation of IPS-Sendero A/L for its Australia Banking Group. IPS-Sendero A/L is a risk management solution offered by IPS-Sendero for financial institutions worldwide.
180s, LLC, a Baltimore-based maker of innovative performance wear, is using SPS’ software-as-a-service offering to replace its existing EDI software application. The hosted service enables 180s to continue to electronically transact business with more than 50 retail customers while reducing its EDI staff by more than 50 percent, minimizing VAN charges and eliminating all internal EDI-related hardware and software maintenance and upgrades costs.
