24/7 Customer, a global supplier of business process outsourcing services, and LivePerson, Inc., a provider of online conversion solutions, announced a strategic partnership. 24/7 Customer will integrate LivePerson's comprehensive Timpani platform with its customer lifecycle management framework to support and manage all online customer interactions, including live chat, email and self- service/knowledge database.
