HP EXTENDS DIRECTTV RELATIONSHIP...HP and DIRECTV, Inc. announced a seven-year extension of their 12-year relationship with a new information technology outsourcing contract valued at approximately $500 million. HP will continue to provide IT operations and application testing services designed to support DIRECTV's ability to roll out new promotions and new services, acquire new customers and ensure they receive timely, accurate billing for the satellite television services they use.

EPAM MAKES STRATEGIC MERGER...EPAM Systems, Inc., a global software services company, independently recognized as the #1 IT outsourcing provider in Central and Eastern Europe for the last two years, and Vested Development, Inc., one of the top five Russian software outsourcing vendors, have announced a strategic merger. The combined company, which will operate under the EPAM Systems name, will employ over 2,200 software professionals across eight countries and exceed a $70 million revenue run rate.

OCE NAMES NORTH AMERICAN CEO...Oce North America announced the appointment of Joseph D. Skrzypczak to President and CEO of Oce North America, effective December 1. Skrzypczak will be responsible for Oce's print technology business in North America. He is currently President and CEO of Oce Imagistics.

GMAC GLOBAL RELOCATION OPENS IN CHINA...GMAC Global Relocation Services has opened a new global service center in Shanghai, China. In addition to the new Shanghai operations, GMAC Global Relocation Services now has eight global service centers. Other service centers are located in London, Singapore, California, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, and Texas.

LOGICACMG OPENS PHILIPPINES CENTER...LogicaCMG, a leading international IT services company, is opening a new global service delivery center in the Philippines. Located in Metro Manila, a modern metropolis in Southeast Asia and the political, economic, social and cultural centre of the Philippines, the new location will provide services to LogicaCMG's customers from across the world.
