ExcellerateHRO has signed a contract to provide Benefits Administration Services for Bank of America, one of the world's largest financial institutions. Under the five-year agreement, ExcellerateHRO will provide flexible benefits plan services to more than 10,000 Bank of America associates in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada.
ExcellerateHRO has signed a contract to provide Benefits Administration Services for 7-Eleven, Inc., the largest chain in the convenience retailing industry. Under the 64-month renewal agreement, ExcellerateHRO will continue providing 7-Eleven's U.S. employees with Health and Welfare and Employee Profit Sharing/401(k) Plan administration, as well as Deferred Compensation Plan services added under the new contract.
EDS has been selected as a prime contractor for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VistA Contractor Services (VCS) program. EDS is one of eight companies selected under a blanket purchasing agreement (BPA) worth approximately $1 billion, over a potential 10-year term, including options and award term periods. Under the agreement, EDS will provide applications maintenance and sustainment services for Veterans Health Information Systems Technology and Architecture (VistA).
Perot Systems Corporation announced that Whirlpool Corporation has selected eServ, its product development support company, to Provide custom engineering services as a preferred supplier. Under terms of the two-year contract, eServ will support select engineering projects from Whirlpool Corporation's cleaning and fabric care product groups. The agreement also includes extension options for up to an additional two years of service. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
PFSweb, Inc. has been chosen by Katun Corporation, the world’s leading alternative supplier to the office equipment industry, to provide logistics and order fulfillment services for its Canadian operations.
Verizon Business will provide the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Forest Service with a wide range of voice communications services for its more than 1,100 offices. The five-year task order, under category 3 of the U.S. General Services Administration's CONNECTIONS contract, is valued at up to $37 million. It includes a one-year commitment and four one-year optional renewals.
The Resources Information Technology Program Office of Department of Defense’s TRICARE Management Activity awarded Unisys a contract to configure commercial-off-the-shelf software for the Military Health System’s enterprise-wide Medical Treatment Facility billing and accounts receivable operations. The project is known as the Patient Accounting System Charge Master-Based Billing (CMBB) program.
